  • How to check whether your products is registered under National Pharmaceuticals Regulatory Agency (NRPA) @ KKM?
    1. Getting Started: Access the Website: Head to the official NRPA website: https://www.npra.gov.my/ Choose Your Language: The website is available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Select your preferred language from the top right corner. 2. Explore the Resources: Homepage: The homepage features various sections like news, announcements, and quick links to essential resources. Explore these sections to get a general overview of the NRPA's activities and regulations. Main Menu: The main menu bar at the top provides access to key sections like "Industry," "Public," "Publications," and "About Us." 3. Specific Needs: Industry: This section caters to pharmaceutical companies and individuals involved in product registration, licensing, and other regulatory affairs. Here, you'll find detailed information on guidelines, applications, and fees. Product Registration: For registering new products, use the "Product Registration" tab under "Industry." You'll find resources like step-by-step guides, downloadable forms, and contact details for assistance. Licensing: For obtaining licenses for manufacturing, importing, or distributing pharmaceuticals, explore the "Licensing" tab. It provides information on license types, application procedures, and renewal processes.
  • How do I place an order?
    Shopping with The Jelita is easy. 1. Log on to thelita.com 2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity. 3. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page. 4. Add in your preferred samples (available while stocks last) and if you have an applicable 'Promo Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code. When you're ready to place your order: 5. Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review. 6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
  • What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
    We're happy to offer the following delivery options: Standard Delivery RM25 under RM80* Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya) – 1-3 business days Rest of West Malaysia – 2-4 business day East Malaysia and Labuan – 2-6 business days Free for Order RM80 and above* We do have some terms and conditions for delivery though! - Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT. - Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events. - Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).
  • What is the return and exchange policy?
    The Jelita allows for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product. This applies to online and in-store returns. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions: - Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. - Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. - This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable. - For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by The Jelita. - Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Sephora's return and exchange policy above.   • Refund and Returns Policy
    RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from alhaalfa.com, you may inform us within 7 working days of your intention to return the product and return the item(s) in its original condition together with its original receipt within 14 working days from the date you receive the product. We will provide a full refund in the original form of payment, provided the item(s) are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We regret that we cannot make exchanges at this time. Kindly follow the following steps to return your The Jelita item(s) successfully: To initiate the return and refund process, you must first inform our Customer Service team at customer.service@thejelita within 7 working days from the date you receive the product with supporting evidence (picture of your item and its condition) and order number. Fill out the return form, to be provided by Customer Service via email, and place it inside the return package. Customer Service team will make an appointment with you to pick up the products. Our appointed shipping company will collect the product(s) from you at the arranged time. Re-pack the unused product(s) you wish to return in its original packaging, original receipt and include the return form inside the package. Kindly also include free gift/sample inside the package (if any). If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the returned product(s) in its original condition. Shipping fees or gift wrap is non-refundable. Please note that you will have to cover the delivery cost (RM10) incurred for the return process, which will be charged to the same credit card used for making the purchase. You acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to offset such delivery costs from your purchase price and refund the balance to you. We regret that refunds for online banking is currently not supported. Only products purchased on thejelita.com can be accepted for refund. ORDER CANCELLATION Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return any products you don’t want by following our Return Policy. Please note that Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used, online banking is currently not supported. You will have to cover the delivery cost (RM10) incurred for the return process, which will be charged to the same credit card used for making the purchase. DAMAGED ITEMS When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us via email at customer.service@thejelita within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery together with supporting evidence and order number so that we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To ensure a smooth resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the appointed shipping company.
